SOP OF METAL DECETOR.

 To start the machine, calibrated with the 1.2 mm phrase card 9-point system. The
calibration should be done per hour and to be reported.
 The products passed by the audit have to be passed in the metal.
 Garment metal must be passed by one piece.
 Every 1 hour of garments will be stored and in the next hour if machine calibration is
okay then only the previous hour's garment pack will be.
 Metal check is to be checked by the Garment Hand Metal Machine, if the metal is
found, then those garments will be checked by the QI with the Altar. If not available,
then the Registry box will lock in 1 year. After 1 year, those garments will be burnt.

in all garment industries. All other countries have to pass 2 metallic passes.

 Pinch Carton & Non-Pinch Carton Check.
 Moisture Check with Report.
 If Audit fail should be Recheck & Re-Audit.

SOP OF IRON.

 The style that is first to be looped will be to take Iron Approval from RQS and hang on the
iron table.
 Iron must have Back Shoe, if not iron can be done.
 Every iron must have rubber matte. Iron cannot be done otherwise.
 I do my job; put the garment in front of the check.
 Any kind of crease mark, signing mark and what should not be done as a poor iron, it will be
very difficult
 If the water is covered with iron, the iron must be closed and the mechanics should be fixed.
 Lunch time, toilet time and holidays must be closed during the course.
