Dear Sir/Madam,

Greetings!

The undersigned counsel, on behalf of xxx, is writing this letter regarding a pending concern on

In view of this, demand is hereby given to all existing occupants to vacate peacefully the
abovementioned property within xx days from receipt of this Notice, otherwise, the
undersigned has no alternative but to exercise whatever rights and remedies the lawful owner
has under the law to protect his/her interest.
