This crochet pattern provides instructions to make a fox with no sewing required. The body is made first in orange yarn starting with a magic ring and increasing stitches in rounds 1-4 before adding bobble stitches and decreasing in rounds 10 and 16. Ears are made separately in orange then attached. A white tail is made and attached to round 5-6. A white nose is made with increasing stitches then sewn on with brown yarn for nose holes. When complete, the fox is stuffed and the eyes are attached between rounds 15-16.

Crochet Pattern

Yarn: Super Bulky / Category 6 MR : Magic Ring


Color: Orange, Brown, and st(s) : stitch(es)
White color sl st : slip stitch
3.5mm (E) Hook ch: Chain
Stitch maker SC : Single crochet
Sewing needle DC: Double crochet
Scissors DEC: Decrease
Plastic safety eyes (8mm) INC: Increase
Hot gun glue BO: Bobble stitch
Fiberfill FLO: Front loop only
CROCHET FROM THE BODY UP TO THE HEAD ( NO SEW)
Begin with ORANGE yarn
*When the text is BLACK, switch to WHITE yarn. Similarly, with the
BROWN-colored text, switch to BROWN yarn*

Weave in the yarn end and cut
EARS (MAKE 2)
Begin with orange yarn
Join the new round with a slip stitch and chain 1.
Pick up the yarn from rows 18-21: Make CH, SC in one stitch,
3SC. Crochet return rows 21-18: 4SC
Row 1: 8SC (8)
Row 2: (2SC, DEC) 2 times (6)

TAIL:
Begin with White yarn
Row 1: 4SC (4)
Row 2: (SC, INC) 2 times (6)
Row 3: (2SC, INC) 2 times (8)
Change to Orange yarn
Row 4: (3SC, INC) 2 times (10)
Row 5-7: 10SC (10)
Row 8: (3SC, INC) 2 times (8)
Row 9-10: 8SC (8)
Crochet 2 side together with 4SC
Connect the tail to the body with 4SLST at R5-6
Cut the yarn.
NOSE:
Use yarn white yarn
Row 1: 6 SC in an MR (6)
Row 2: (SC, INC) 3 times (9)
Fasten off and leave a long tail for sewing.
Use brown yarn to sew two lines to
create nose holes.
Connect the nose in the head at R14-R16 with 9SLST
Attach the eyes at rows 15-16, apart 6 st
