that fought during the colonization era like Marcelo H. Del Pilar,
Francisco Balagtas, and Gregorio Del Pilar. And aside from that,
this is also the culture capital of the country, this is the melting pot
of the cultures, the past and present and the fusion of countryside
and urban. So in other words, this place has it all. Everyone, it is
my pleasure to take you to this beautiful province of Bulacan.

when you hear me whistle once, that would mean you have 30
minutes to roam around and take pictures but when you hear me
whistle twice while waving the flag, that would mean that your
time is up and you need to return to our tour bus so that we can
proceed to our next destination.

Everyone, welcome to the municipality of Malolos.
I want you to check out first the Barasoain Church. This is a 134 yr old
church, a cultural heritage site, and a historical landmark where the
constitution was signed and enacted. This church also serves as the
meeting place of Governor General and his officials.
ext is Casa Real Shrine. This was built in 1580, this used to be

the town's Casa Tribunal, Ayuntamiento and Casa Presidencia
Municipal and the residence and office of Gobernadorcillo during
the Spanish time.
ulacan Museum, this houses a collection of valuable relics and

mementos, articles, documents and handicrafts of the Philippine
revolution.
asilica Minore de Immaculada Conception. also known as Malolos

Cathedral. This is a 349 year old church, a roman catholic church having
the higher status of Minor Basilica with our Lady of Immaculate Conception
as its patron.
ow its time for us to visit our next destination. Welcome to Baliuag

everyone, The place known for Buntal Hat.
In here you can visit another catholic church just in the heart of the town,
the St. Agustin Parish Church, then you can do a photo walk in the plaza,
and you can also visit their museum and library.
ext we are heading to, Norzagaray. For those who want

to swim, this place is for you. We are now here in Matictic
River.
A beautiful area of freshwater perfect for family outings.
ngat Dam Viewdeck. This dam was built by national

power corporation. This supplies the water requirements
of Metro Manila, and irrigates about 31,000 hectares of
farmlands in Pampanga and Bulacan. It also generates
hydroelectric power for the Luzon Grid, and holds water to
reduce flooding in downstream towns and villages. Now if
u are going to ask me if you can swim in here, the answer
is NO.
Our next stop is Bocaue.
veryone, this is the Shrine of St. Andrew Kim. St, Kim

Taegon Andrea or St. Andrew Kim is the first korean born
catholic priest and patron saint of korea. He was baptized
at 15 and studied at a seminary in the Portuguese colony
of Macau and then he went to study at Lolomboy Bocaue
where he is venerated today and where the church was
built in honor for him.
ext one is another church. St. Martin of Tours Parish also

known as Diocesan Shrine of the Holy Cross of Wawa.
This is one of the oldest church in Bulacan and was
founded by Franciscan Missionaries in the 1960 .
he ever famous Philippine Arena, the world's largest

indoor arena, big enough to accommodate 50,000 people
in a fully enclosed building.
nd we are at The Garden. The Garden Ciudad de

Victoria. This is a Mesmerizing garden, a low-budget
place for excellent selfies or just chilling with buddies and
families.
Im sure everyone is tired by now. Our dinner and night
accomodation and breakfast for tomorrow will be at the
Pacific Waves Resort.

Today's first stop will be at San Jose Del Monte.
e will be visiting the Grotto of our Lady of Lourdes. A Roman Catholic

pilgrimage site being visited by thousands of devotees. This was
established by Horacio A. Guanzon and Anita Guidote-Guanzon whose
familial roots traces to wealthy families in Bulacan, Pampanga and Nueva
Ecija.
ext is St. Joseph the Worker Parish. This is also an old

church. The parish was established to serve the spiritual
needs of the people of Sapang Palay and Minuyan
especially those who were relocated from Metro Manila.
Our last stop will be San Miguel.
ince we have seen mostly historical churches since yesterday,

today, we will be revisiting a part of our history. Everyone,
welcome to Biak na Bato National Park. This is where the truce
was created between Spanish colonial Governor-General
Fernando Primo de Rivera and the revolutionary leader Emilio
Aguinaldo to end the Philippine Revolution.
ecson Ancestral House. Historically, Three sons of original

owners were all officers of the revolutionary army of Gen. Emilio
Aguinaldo. For sometime, this house was used as the
headquarters of Aguinaldo. The house is now owned by Mr. and
Mrs. Cenen Mendiola. The original owner of this is Simon Tecson.
inally, Madlum Cave. also known as Manalmon Cave. A

beautiful and spacious limestone cave and in order to get to this
place you need to cross the river multiple times so everyone,
since this is our last day, and since this is a once in a lifetime
experience, prepare to get wet!
