2. Retailer can earn even more than the above table, if he/she can over perform by adding more customers & orders with the timely
services.
3. All the incentives will be settled on a weekly basis directly into retailer’s bank account.
4. In case ShopX observes too many complaints from customers for a retailer, then we reserve the right to blacklist the retailer from
our platform
5. A retailer must respond to a query within the stipulated time to earn rewards. Please contact retailer support for details.
6. A retailer must respond to all the queries received through the App. Retailer must also deliver all accepted orders within the delivery
time.
7. To cancel any order retailer must provide a valuable reason for it.
8. In case of any temporary pause of operation or unavailability due to any personal reasons, the retailer must update in the App. Also,

the retailer needs to update his/her return.
9. Payment via QR code or UPI for Home Delivery will be credited to the retailer’s account immediately.

10. Any deduction on payments due to promotional offers and discounts, the retailer will receive the money on the very next day after
the account reconciliation.
11. A retailer must ask customers to check the products while delivering. In case of any return or refund, the retailer must take
responsibility.
12. A retailer can select the home delivery time slot as per his/her convenience of delivery and he/she must deliver as per the
committed time slot. REPEAT
13. Shopx will not be responsible for any cash related issues. ORDERS
14. A retailer should onboard only those customers who are available under his/her delivery range or distance.
