I GABUZI BAKALI (SON) to the deceased hereby apply to this honourable court for
grant of Letters of Administration of the late SGT MAGUMBA SALIMU of service NO
RA 80122, who died intestate on the 17th day of January 2008.
The deceased is survived by a widow and eight children namely;

That at the time of his death, the deceased left behind property namely;
i. A fixed place of abode at Budhumbuli East Ward, Commercial cell Jinja,
Northern Division in Jinja District
That during a family meeting held on the 31 st day of January 2023 the family
members chose as the administrator of the deceased’s estate. (A copy of the
minutes of the said family meeting is attached hereto marked “A”)
That the said SGT MAGUMBA SALIM at the time of his death had affixed place
of abode at Budhumbuli East Ward, commercial cell Jinja Northern Division, Jinja
District within the jurisdiction of this honourable court.
That the approximate value of the Estate likely to come into my hands is estimated
at 20,000,000/= (Twenty million shillings only).
I GALABUZI BAKALI, do solemnly and sincerely declare that what is stated in
this application is true to the best of my knowledge and belief and I make this
solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and correct by
virtue of the provisions of Statutory Declaration Act.

a resident of Ntinda Zone, Njeru west ward, Njeru Town Council, Buikwe District
who died intestate on 14th day of March 2023 and that I the sister of the said deceased,
shall faithfully administer the estate and effects of the said deceased by paying his just
debts and distributing the residue of his estate and effects according to (customary law),
that I shall make a true and perfect inventory of all and singular of the said estate and
effects and render a just and true account thereof whenever required by law to do.

MPUMUDDE, KIMAKA MPUMUDDE, JINJA MUNICIPALITY, JINJA CITY.
This court will proceed to grant the same if no caveat is lodged with this court within
fourteen days from the date of publication of this notice, unless cause is shown to the
contrary.
