PETITION.
The humble petition of NSUGGA JAMIR brother to the deceased showeth;
1. The petitioner is a male Adult person of sound mind and citizens of Uganda.
2. That the late KATUMBA BADRU herein referred to as the deceased died intestate on the 9th day of
January 2022.
3. That the deceased at the time of his death was survived by five children namely;
1. Ssegulubya Isma aged 12 years
2. Wasswa Kiddy Muhammed aged 10 years
3. Nakato Ramurat aged 10 years
4. Namuddu Hawah aged 8 years
5. Nassali Habiibah aged 4 years
4 That the deceased before the time of his death had a fixed place of abode at KIKUBAJJI NJA zone,
LUWERO TOWN COUNCIL, LUWERO DISTRICT.
That the deceased at the time of his death had the following properties;
-unregistered land / kibanjaband the said kibanja is located in kijjukira LC.1, Luwero Town Council ,
Luwero district, and it is measuring one and a half acres.
- unregistered land/ kibanja Located at KIKUBAJJI NJA LC.1 measuring approximately......
- a retail shop at KIKUBAJJI NJA.
That the petitioner believes that the approximate value the properties likely to come into his hands is
estimated at 45,000,000/= (thirty million shillings only)
That the petitioner prays this Honorable Court that pursuant to the provisions of the succession Act, the
letters of administration to the estate of the said deceased be issued to the petitioner.
That whatever I have stated herein above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
NOW THEREFORE I, NSUGGA JAMIR(brother) to the deceased and a resident of Kikubajjinja zone,
Luwero council, luwero district pursuant to the provisions of the A Administrator General Act Cap 157
and the Succession Act Cap 162 do hereby apply for a grant of letters of administration for deceased’s
Estate.

That late KATUMBA BADRU died intestate on 9th day of January 2022.
That I shall faithfully administer the estate and effects of the deceased if any and distributing the residue
of his estate according to the law
That I shall exhibit a true and perfect inventory to all and singular of the said estate and render just and
true accounts thereof whatever required by law to so
That I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and by virtue of
