1. That your petitioners are male, adult Ugandans of sound minds.
2. That the late …………………., died intestate on 21st September, 2023. A copy of
her death certificate is attached.
3. That the deceased at the time of his death was survived by the following;

to come into their hands is estimated at Shs. 15,000,000/=

village, Central parish, Adjumani town council, Adjumani district within the
jurisdiction of this Honorable Court.
