3rd Division MANCOM Meeting Notice

The Schools Division Superintendent of Misamis Occidental announces the upcoming 3rd Division Management Committee Meeting. The meeting will be held on July 16th at Jimenez Central School for the first congressional district and July 17th for the second district. The meeting will discuss concerns from the Curriculum Implementation Division, School Governance and Operations Division, and Schools Division Office. Participants include education leaders from across the division. Participants are asked to bring the minutes from the previous meeting and their own provisions. Transportation costs will be covered locally.

Subject: 3RD (3rd) DIVISION MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE (MANCOM) MEETING

1. The third Division MANCOM Meeting will be held at Jimenez Central School, Jimenez, misamis
Occidental, on July 16, 2019 for the first congressional district and on July 17, 2019 for the second
congressional district.

2. The issues/concerns of the three functional divisions will be discussed in this order:

2A. Curriculum Implementation Division (CID)


2.B. School Governance and Operations Division
2.C. Schools Division Office (SDO)
3. Participants to this activity are the ASDS, CID and SGOD Chiefs, all Education Program Supervisors,
SDO Unit Heads, Public Schools District Supervisors, Elementary and Secondary School Heads,
MANCOM secretariat, Presidents of PESPA, DAPSSHI, MOPUSDISA, PAES and the district/school
bookkeepers and disbursing officers. The bookkeepers and disbursing officers are requested to bring
with them the school’s checkbook.

4. The minutes of the previous MANCOM meeting is now uploaded at www.sgodmisoc.net hence,
participants to this meeting are requested to upload copy of the minutes for reading and approval
during the meeting proper.

5. Transportation of the participants will be charged against local funds subject to the existing
accounting and auditing rules and regualtions. Further, they are requested to bring their own
provision.
