Sub: Independent Engineer Services for Supervision of Development of Ropeway from SDA Parking
(Near Zeberwan Park) To Shankaracharya Temple in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir on
Hybrid Annuity Mode.
1. The National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML) (the “Authority”) invites proposals for
engaging an Independent Engineer (IE) on the basis of International Competitive Bidding for the
following contract package in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.

2. Detailed tender document can be viewed from e-tender portal i.e., https://etenders.gov.in
from 27.02.2024 to 12.04.2024. Online Bid Submission date is 12.04.2024 (1100 Hrs.). Bid will be
opened on next date i.e., 13.04.2024 (1130 Hrs.).
3. Cost of the Document in the form of a non-refundable document fee of Rs. 5,900/- (Rupees
Five Thousand and Nine Hundred only) including 18% GST through online mode while submitting
the bid. at the time of the submission of the Bid proposal, transmitted online to Bank Account of
Authority specifying the Tender ID & Bid Due Date (Account no. 8598201006150, IFSC Code:
CNRB0008598, Name of Bank: Canara Bank & Name of Beneficiary: National Highways Logistics
Management Limited).
4. The RFP documents shall be submitted on e-mode as per instructions on submission of bids hosted
on E-tender portal of the Authority.
5. The following schedule is to be followed for this assignment:
i. Deadline for Online Submission/ Close/ Bid due date of bids: 12.04.2024 (up to11:00 hrs.)
ii. Last date for submission of queries: 18.03.2024 (up to 12:00 hrs.)
