ABBREVITIONS:
H Hold Point - Inspection or Test stage beyond which work should not proceed without the QA/QC organization representative in attendance
W Witness Point - It defines a point that provides QA/QC organization with the opportunity to attend the Inspection or Test, at their option.
S Surveillance Point - defined as ongoing monitoring and verification of the status of conditions, methods, procedures, and products, and analysis of associated records to ensure that the established requirements being complied with.
R Review Point - An independent assessment undertaken by an individual or group in the area under review. A review point is an inspection point by which quality documents required to submit for review and information of Client.
I Inspection Point - An activity such as measuring, examining, testing or gauging one or more characteristics of an entity and comparing the results with specified requirements in order to establish whether conformity is achieved for each characteristic.
