Slave-Applicant Questionnaire

These questions and activities are intended to tell your Master-applicant important things about you. In the
process, you are likely to learn a lot about yourself. Some items require responses in separate documents.

2 Why do you want to be a slave?
3 What myths and assumptions about
slavery do you think you have that
might not be based on reality?

obstacle to finding a dominant
partner?
5 What assets do you think you bring
to such a relationship?
6 Write a 1,000 (or more) word essay
describing your future life as a
slave. What do you do? Where do
you live? What do you say? What is
required of you? How does it feel?
Let your imagination go wild.

what you want to become?
8 How will you be different when you
are a slave?
9 What things make you hesitate?
What are the doubts that you feel?
10 Write the names, e-mail addresses,
and phone numbers of possible
references. Contact them for
permission to use them as such.
Assure them of your discretion.

e-mail from an applicant-Master
who says that he has felt betrayed
by people he has met online and
would like some assurances that
you are a trustworthy person. Write
a letter that you think will allay his
fears by giving examples of
experiences that show you are
trustworthy.

surrender, given the right
conditions? What are those
conditions?
13 How have you experienced
surrender, either on the giving or
the receiving end?
14 What factors in your everyday life
obstruct your ability to surrender or
to make a commitment? How can
you reduce or eliminate these
barriers to developing an M/s
relationship.
15 What special characteristics do you
think your ideal master ought to
have?
16 Are they reasonable and attainable?
17 How is your ideal different from the
masters you have met thus far?
18 What special characteristics do you
have that make you unique and
desirable as a slave?
19 Think about your friends and lovers
(past and present) and list the
things about them that you found
attractive. Why?

can go wrong in your search for a
master or that might happen once
