1500 Watt motor is used as a propel motor in our project, so we choosed 1500 watt
capacity of NAMP CONTROLLER-(24 TUBE 1500W CONTROLLER) controller for
controlling the motor.

Foot disc brake with handbrake:
Due to more realibiality and low carriage capacity, Disc brake with 3.5mm thickness and
90mm diameter is selected. Which is operated hydraulically. The distance between two
disc is 90cm with power off switch and hand brake facility.

16 helical teeth close mesh of Hongrunda brand motor with rear heat dissipation fan and
pure copper coil is choosed according to power calculation. It have features with
superconducting high temperature resistance wire group with insulation and heat
