To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter to provide my strong recommendation of Nikki Nudera for your art
teaching position. I have had the pleasure of being Nikki’s supervisor since September 2022, when she
started working at Milestones. Since starting at Milestones, Nikki has shown that she is a dedicated
employee who really cares for our clients and is excellent at balancing building rapport and placing
academic demands. My role as Nikki’s supervisor allows me to provide my highest recommendation for
her application to join any school as an educator.
Nikki started as a Behavioral Treatment Technician at Milestones Behavioral Pediatrics in
September 2022 and became an RBT in January 2023. During her time at Milestones, her duties included
direct service delivery with children and adolescents, crisis management, and training new technicians.
Nikki currently works in our early intervention clinic, working with children between the ages of 1.5 and
11 years of age to increase verbal behavior and decrease maladaptive behaviors. She has been noted by
others for her commitment to her clients and positive attitude in difficult situations. Nikki is confident in
her ability to provide high quality services and is thought of extremely highly by everyone at the
company.
During my time as her supervisor, Nikki has worked an average of 15 hours per week while
maintaining her status as a full-time undergraduate student. Nikki is outstanding at building rapport
with her clients, implementing behavior plans, and dealing with crisis behavior. She has demonstrated
strong clinical skills on a wide variety of cases including autism, ADHD, and behavioral challenges. Nikki
has demonstrated an excellent ability to receive and apply feedback given by myself and other
supervisors. During her time training new technician, Nikki has demonstrated advanced knowledge in
ABA concepts such as error correction, discrete trial training, and natural environment teaching.
Additionally, during her time training, Nikki has exhibited the ability to provide feedback in a
professional and supportive manner.
Nikki works well with me, other supervisors, and fellow technicians. She functions
independently in clinic and consistently uses her time to provide high quality services while seeking
supervision when she needs it. She is always respectful of fellow technicians and often offers to help or
get a supervisor when she notices another technician struggling. Nikki is a highly valuable team member
and an important part of our Milestones team.
Nikki has an extremely positive attitude, desire to continue learning, and genuinely cares about
her client’s progress. I highly recommend that she be considered for your teaching position, since she
would make a wonderful addition to the world of education. If you have any questions, please feel free
to contact me directly at (920) 351-3027.
Sincerely,
Hannah Marose, MA, BCBA
