AFFIDAVIT OF TRANSFERROR

That I, LORENA OLIVA-DELOS SANTOS, of legal age, Filipino,


married to ARNOLD DELOS SANTOS, also a Filipino and with residence
and postal address at Barangay Potot, Libmanan, Camarines Sur,
Philippines, after having sworn to in accordance with law voluntarily
depose and say:

1. The agricultural land I sold to Angela J. Quillao, likewise a


Filipino and resident of Block D4, Lot 16, San Andres II,
Damariñas City, Cavite, Philippines, covered by OCT No. 24376
with an area of Two Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-Nine (2,859)
square meters under Doc. No. 504, Page No. 102, Book No. 5,
Series of 2024 notarized by Alec Martin M. Alsisto does not
exceed five (5) hectares;

2. The said property is my RETENTION AREA as contemplated


under R.A. 6657 as amended or the Comprehensive Agrarian
Reform Program and the same is NOT TENANTED;

3. There is no pending case before the regular courts or any other


tribunal involving the above described landholding;

4. This Affidavit is executed as one of the requirements for the


issuance of DAR Land Transaction Clearance pursuant to DAR
Administrative No. 04 series of 2021.
