How to Book an Amazing Cheap Vacation Package

Sometimes planning a vacation is as fun as taking the vacation. But if you want
someone else to do all the work for you, you can just book a vacation package.
Sorting through hotels and flights can be a boring task when you just want to get
away from routine. Plus, you can often find better deals when you book a
package.

Personally, I've booked multiple cheap vacation packages over the years. One
time, I went to Atlanta, the USA for a last-minute long weekend where we stayed
in a 5-star Hilton hotel and got a nonstop, round-trip plane ticket for $300 — less
than the cost of any multi-stop ticket without the hotel.

Tips for Booking a Cheap Vacation Package:

1. Be Flexible on Place
You're going to get the cheapest vacation package if you are completely open to
any destination. I recommend choosing an activity that you're looking for (beach,
skiing, museums) or a general destination (Europe or South America) and then
looking for vacation packages that meet this more general criteria. When you're
more flexible on place, you're going to get a better deal.
2. Plan Far in Advance or Book Last Minute
The best vacation deals I had were the last-minute trips. The best option is to plan
a trip three months in advance (four for summer travel) or less than two weeks.
Planning a trip in only two weeks may sound scary — but you can block off the
dates now and choose the destination later!

3. Bring a Friend (or Two)

The majority of vacation packages are priced per person for two people, so it’s
cheaper to travel together! If you are traveling alone, you'll see a surcharge. Some
packages charge less per person when there are three or four people all booking
together (usually sharing one room).

1. The Weekend Break

So you love to travel, but you also love your 9-5 job and you don’t want to give it
all up to travel around the world for 6 months? Don’t worry, you can still travel by
taking short weekend getaways. Look for cheap airfare deals, fly out on Friday
evening and return on Sunday and make the most of the short time you have.
2. The vacation package
The beauty of a package holiday is that all the work is done for you. Your travel
agent will make sure that everything is arranged in advance, so that you don’t
have to worry about anything.
This is not one of the types of travel where you learn a lot about another culture
or get to know the locals. It’s all about spending a week or two laying on the beach
and enjoying the sun!

3. The Group Tour

Group tours can describe buses of 20-year-olds who want to drink and party to
groups of 80 year olds who want to visit historical monuments and everything in
between. No matter what your interest, there is a group tour out there for you.
The advantage of a group tour is that you will be with a lot of people who share
your interests and you will probably make some new friends. However, some
people prefer the freedom of independent travel.

4. Road Trip
Fasten your seatbelts, put on some great music and hit the open road for a road
trip! Whether you rent out a caravan or take your own car, this will be an exciting
adventure. Road trips are fun with friends, family and even when you are alone.
You discover new places that you haven’t traveled to, drive along beautiful routes
and meet interesting people.

5. Volunteer Travel
Whether you are helping to build a school in Africa or working on a farm in Italy,
volunteering around the world is another one of the popular types of travel.
It can be a rewarding experience, it’s important to know that you help to the
community that you are visiting.

6. The Gap Year

A Gap Year is when you take a year off your studies and travel to a different
country to either visit your relatives, study a course, volunteer or to do a
short-term job. Usually, the students take the gap year to get some work
experience before entering the ‘real world’. However, a gap year can be taken at
any age or any point of your career. It simply means to take a year off and travel
anywhere you want to go.

7. Visiting Friends or Relatives

Another one of the many types of travel is when you go to visit friends and family
who live abroad.
Your friends and family abroad are always offering for you to stay. You will not
have to think about accommodation or food. The only disadvantage is when you
are a guest in someone’s home you won’t always have the freedom to explore on
your own.

8. Event Travel
This is when you travel to a destination specifically to attend an event. For
example, it might be the Olympics or the World Cup. It might also include
attending a music festival or following your favorite band around on tour.
Plus, you’ll be visiting alongside thousands of people who share the same interest
as you. You’re sure to make new friends!

Pronouns - Местоимения

Как и в русском языке видов местоимений в английском много. К счастью

для тебя, мы не все будем рассматривать, а только те которые нам особо
необходимы. Личные местоимения мы и так уже знаем, но повторение - мать
учения.
ENGLISH PRONOUNS
Subject Object Possessive Possessive Reflexive
Pronouns Pronouns Adjectives Pronouns Pronouns
1st person I Me My Mine Myself
2nd person You You Your Yours Yourself

3rd person (male) He Him His His Himself

3rd person (female) She Her Her Hers Herself

3rd thing It It Its (not used) Itself

1st person (plural) We Us Our Ours Ourselves

2nd person (plural) You You Your Yours Yourselves

3rd person & thing They Them Their Theirs Themselves
(plural)
Обратите внимание на то, что мы говорим:

It is my pencil. или It is mine.

(somebody, someone, something, somewhere), «any» (anybody, anyone,
anything, anywhere), «no» (nobody, no one, none, nothing), «every» (everybody,
everyone, everything, everywhere)

«Some» и «any» обозначают определенное количество и употребляются

перед существительными (во множественном числе или неисчисляемыми).
«Some» и его производные употребляются в утвердительных предложени-
ях, а «any» и его производные — в вопросительных и отрицательных.

How to transfer between JFK airport and Manhattan?

Travel By Taxi.

This is by far the easiest way to get from JFK to anywhere in Manhattan
(anywhere in the entire city really) for up to a party of four, but of course its not
the cheapest.According to rules set out by the New York City Taxi and Limousine
Commission, for trips between (to and from) Manhattan and JFK International
Airport, the flat fare is $52.00 plus any tolls and a NYS Tax of $.50.

Hire a Car Service to Pick You Up.

Do you want someone to help you carry your luggage to the car? Do you want
anything from a luxury sedan to 10 passenger limo to pick you up? Do you want
to impress your fellow travelers? Then you'll want to hire a car to pick you up at
the airport. We natives like to use Carmel Car & Limo Service or Dial 7 Car &
Limo Service. They've both been around a long time and have excellent service
and reasonable rates. Of course there are many others to choose from. Search the
web.

Airport Shuttles.

There are several Airport Shuttle companies to choose from and truthfully, if you
have a large party traveling with you (more than 4 adults), this might be the best
way to go unless you hire a private transportation. Once you reach the airport,
you can proceed to the Ground Transportation desk to get information on where
you catch your shuttle, or you can use one of the courtesy phones in the baggage
claim area. Keep in mind that you may not be the only passenger in the van, and
you may have to go along for the ride while other passengers are dropped off at
their destination first. Take a look at NYC Airporter and Super Shuttle, and
compare their schedules and pricing. Often times they will have online specials,
making it even more affordable.

Shopping is a necessary part of life which very few people can avoid. It is a daily
routine for some people. Some people shop for pleasure while other people go
shopping just to buy the necessary items in order to survive. The weekend is
usually a good time to go shopping because people have free time from work. At
this time the shops are usually very busy because people try to get the best items
for the lowest price before the item runs out of stock.

Some people go shopping more regularly than other people to browse products in
shops even when they do not have much money. This is known as window
shopping and allows people to plan ahead and save for the things they want to buy
in the future or wait for the items to drop in price. Some people spend a lot of time
looking for bargains while others do not think of the price and are happy to spend
a lot. Some people believe that the more expensive the item, the better the quality,
but this is not always true. It is sensible to buy items which are affordable, but
some people use a credit card or borrow money from the bank so that they can buy
the items they really want rather than wait for it.

Sometimes shopping can be stressful when choosing a gift to buy other people for
a special occasion. It is common to buy a gift card so that a friend or loved one can
go shopping themselves at their own convenience. Shopping online is often
popular with people who have a busy lifestyle. People are able to order their
necessary and luxury items from the comfort of their own home, or even on the
move. Delivery is usually free and items are often cheaper than in shops on the
high street. The only real problem is that the item description and quality may be
different than what they hoped for. This could mean the customer may become
disappointed with the item they receive and will need to return it at their own cost.
People who go to shops to do their shopping often use self-service payment
machines. This usually saves time as the shopper does not need to join a long
queue. However, it can be frustrating when the machine has a problem and the
sales assistant is not always available to help.
