25 temporary, full-time Dining Room Attendant from 02/01/2024 to 11/30/2024 in Amelia Island, FL.
No minimum education or experience required.
Workers are subject to post-employment criminal background checks, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers,
U.S. and foreign/H-2B.
Must be able to work a minimum 5-day workweek.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Job Duties: Safely move, carry and setting up meeting rooms and dining rooms tables, chairs and buffet equipment such as
airpots and urns for coffee, beverage dispensers, pitchers, chafers, and food pans. Deliver food and beverages, clean tables,
remove dirty dishes, and replace soiled table linens. Set tables, replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware and
dishes. Supply service/buffet/cold/hot bar with food and beverages; serve items such as water, condiments and coffee to
patrons; assigned side work. Perform serving, cleaning & stocking duties. Stand & bend repetitively during shift. Follow all
sanitation policies and guidelines.
Employer will offer 35 hours per week. Resort open 7 days a week, workdays vary Sunday through Saturday. Normal shift
times: 6:00am-2:30pm, 8:00am-4:30pm, 11:00am-7:30pm, 3:00pm-11:30pm, 2:00pm-10:30pm (includes 30-minute unpaid
break). Workdays and shift times may vary with occupancy and events.
Basic rate of pay: $13.38 per hour. Employer may increase wage based on experience, market conditions, and/or provide
additional pay for performance and tenure. Overtime may be available at $20.07 per hour. An overtime premium will be paid
when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours per workweek.
Employer will provide on the job training. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Pay received bi-weekly.
Employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law.
Optional employee shard housing available, including utilities, approx. $150.00 per week, plus $300.00 deposit required
($100.00 non-refundable, $200.00 refundable). Transportation provided between employers housing and worksite at approx.
$20 per week. Meals available for purchase at approx. $3.00 per meal. Housing, meals, and transportation payroll deducted if
employee elects.
Employer will provide worker at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform job. Required uniform
provided at no cost to employee.
If worker completes half the employment period, employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence
from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the employment period or where the worker is
dismissed early, the employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back
home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent
employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of
employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable
common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.46 per day during travel
to a maximum of $59 per day with receipts. All transportation costs are to be preapproved. If necessary, employer will
reimburse worker within first pay period for approved cost of meals and lodging at the applicable exchange rate, not to exceed
reasonable costs. Receipts must be submitted.
The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the
total employment period.
The employer will reimburse H-2B workers in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other
related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
