GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
(For Teacher Incharges and Participating Students)
THEME: FUTURE TRENDS AND SUSTAINABILITY
OXAMITE V3.0 organized by the OXANIUM CLUB under the aegis of IT department of Bal
Bharati Public School, Noida is an Inter-School IT Based Competition. The theme of the IT
fiesta is “Future Trends and Sustainability”. It is an opportunity for students to achieve
technological brilliance and showcase their talent in the field of emerging technology.
The event will be held in Online/Offline mode on 13th and 14th May, 2024. The last date for
registration and receipt of entries for the competition through Google forms is 08th May,
2024. Schools are requested to confirm their participation by filling the registration form
latest by 04th May, 2024.
The date of submission for all events is 08th May, 2024. The list of final round participants will
be uploaded on our social media pages, event groups and our website by 09th May, 2024.
Entries without registrations will not be entertained.
Participation of a student in multiple events is allowed, however in case of participation in
overlapping events, it is the responsibility of the participant to manage the same.
PRELIMS:
• All the registered participants need to fill the submission form latest by 08th May,
2024.
• The project file and the source code also need to be provided along with the
submission. If anybody fails to do so, their entry will not be considered.
• The judgements will be made as per the judgement criteria published for each event
and the decision of the judges will be final and binding.
FINALS:
• The shortlisted participants will be asked to make a presentation of their entries in the
offline mode. The presentation will take place as per the schedule in the school
premises.
• Time limit allowed for each presentation will be as per the guidelines provided for
each event in the event brochure.

A schedule of matches with timings will be provided through event’s WhatsApp
group once the registrations are done.
A window of 10 minutes will be given to each team for entering the lobby. If any
team fails to enter the lobby in the given time, they will be disqualified.
Anyone caught using hacks or unfair means will be disqualified immediately.
Round 1 (Qualifier)
There will be four game modes – Trivia, Maze, Prison and Parkour.
There will be individual participants for each game mode from one participant
school.
The winner of the Qualifier round shall qualify for the Grand Finale.
Round 2 (Finale)
The qualified individuals will be provided with details of the Finale.
