Presents
1. Participants must be current students at a University, Polytechnic,
Institute, College, or School, with a valid ID card as proof of their
studentship.
2. Cross-institution teams are allowed.
3. Each team must have a minimum of 2 members and a maximum
of 3 members.
4. Teams must work toward a Web Application, or a Web Application
with inclusion of AI features.
5. Your application idea must aim to solve at least one or multiple of
the 17 SDG Goals mentioned here: https://sdgs.un.org/goals
6. You must, at all times mention and emphasize the SDG goals that
your application is targeting, during all stages of this segment.

1. Participants must form a team.


2. Participants must apply through a form link.
3. Participants must provide the name of their application and clearly
describe their idea.
4. Teams will undergo preliminary selection based on their online
applications. The online round will be free.
5. Selected teams will receive an email, after which they must confirm
their offline slot with the registration fee, within a stipulated dead-
line. The fee is 500BDT for each member in a team.
6. If a selected team fails to register within a stipulated deadline, their
offline slot will be given to another team.

• Selected teams must join the offline event within the reporting time,
on 9th August, and must bring their student ID cards for verification
purposes.
• Teams must respond in a timely manner for the on-boarding
process, during which essential kits(T-shirt, Goodies, Lunch, Snacks,
ID Card) will be distributed and workspaces assigned.
• Teams must develop a Web Application or Web + AI application
based on the original idea that was submitted during the appli-
cation phase. Teams may be marked on how closely they have
followed their original idea that they submitted during the applica-
tion phase.
• A team must bring their own devices(laptop, mobile, etc) that are
needed for their development.
• Participants will be provided with a total of 10 hours after which the
judging phase shall begin. There will be an extra 30 minutes provid-
ed for lunch break, outside of the 10 hours.
• During judging period, each team shall have maximum 3 minutes
to present their developed applications to the judges.
• There shall be no restrictions on the programming languages or
frameworks that may be used, but end result must be a viewable
and browsable web page/web application with bonus marks if
integrated with AI features.
• Certificate of Participation will be provided to all participants at the
end.
• The hosts of this event reserve the right to makes changes to any of
the rules presented here.
