Dear Representatives of PT. Jaya Proyek Servis,


I am writing to inform you of my decision to resign from my position at PT. Jaya Proyek
Servis. My last day of employment will be on 4 May 2024. I have enjoy my time at PT. Jaya
Servis and appreciate the opportunities for professional and personal development that you
and the entire team have provided for me. I have learned a great deal during my job and I
grateful for the support and encouragement that I have received.
After careful consideration, I have made this difficult decision due to personal reason that
require my immediate attention and focus.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone at PT. Jaya Proyek Servis for
making my time here memorable and professionally enriching. I hope that we can stay in
touch, and I wish the company continued success in the future.
