Dear MR DIY PGOT:

I hope this letter finds you well. After thoughtful consideration, I am writing to formally
resign from my position as Sales Promoter at MR. DIY PGOT effective immediately.
I have genuinely enjoyed my time at MR DIY Oton for more than seven months and am
grateful for the professional opportunities and experiences I have gained here. The skills I’ve
developed and the relationships I’ve built have been invaluable to my personal and career
growth.
However, due to ongoing health issues, I find it necessary to prioritize my well-being and
focus on recovery. After consulting with my healthcare provider, it has become clear that
stepping away from my responsibilities is the best course of action for my long-term health.
This decision was not made lightly, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience my
sudden departure may cause. While these personal circumstances require me to take this step,
I remain deeply optimistic about MR DIY OTON future. The company is filled with talented
individuals, and I believe it is positioned for continued success and growth. The direction the
company is heading and its commitment to innovation give me confidence that it will
continue to thrive in the years ahead.
Although I am unable to continue working, I am willing to assist in any way I can remotely
during this transition period, to the extent that my health permits. Thank you for your
understanding during this challenging time. I hope we can remain in positive contact, and I
look forward to the possibility of reconnecting in the future under different circumstances.
