You have submitted the following product model - HP Pavilion 15-E016TX
1. Please mention your unique redemption code as mentioned above on the invoice copy.
2. We will send you an Order Confirmation Email within 72 hours. Please wait for this email before sending
your documents and cheque/DD (if applicable).
3. Your ordered products along with net payable amount will be mentioned in the Order Confirmation Email.
4. Please ensure that you send the cheque or DD of the Net Payable amount as mentioned in the order
confirmation email along with claim documents mentioned in the 5th point below.
5. Please send a copy of the Purchase invoice, a cut out of the bar code sticker (How to find the bar code
sticker on the box) from the Notebook/Desktop box, and a copy of ID proof ( Driving license, PAN card,
Election Card, Passport) along with the Demand Draft Or Payable at par cheque of complete amount to the
following address :

The Demand Draft or A/c Payee Cheque (payable at par) has to be drawn in favor of “Solutions Integrated
Marketing Services Pvt Ltd”.
6. The customer has to register on www.hp.com/in/festiveoffer by 10th October, 2013 and all documents
have to reach Solutions by 20th October, 2013. Claim will be Rejected if these timelines are not followed.
7.If the customer registers by 10th October, but does not submit the documents as per the terms and
conditions, i.e. by 20th October, 2013, the customer will be ineligible for the offer.
8. Within 7 days of receiving the complete documents, an acknowledgement and approval mail will be sent
to your registered email id/mobile number.
9. The following schedule will be followed for sending your gift :
• Solutions will process the claim and send an approval email and sms to the customer within 7 days of
receiving the documents, subject to cheque realization.
• For Notebooks, the 3 year warranty certificate will be issued to the customer within 30 days of the
approval of claim.
• For Desktops, the 3 year warranty is already registered, customers can visit the link

• The HP Products will be shipped to the customer within 30 days of approval of claim.
10. Please note that the claim will be Approved ONLY if -
• Name on the invoice, identity proof and the name registered on the registration site is same.
• Cheque/DD amount matches with the Net Payable amount as per the order confirmation mail.
HP reserves the right to Reject the claim if either of the above 2 points are not adhered to.
11. This offer is ONLY valid for end customer purchases made between 19th August, 2013 to 30th
September, 2013.
