Assembly
1. Place belly piece under where eyes would be, making sure it tucks well under the
body and sew into place.
2. Attach black eye portion on the front of the face meeting in the middle and going
straight across the top of the belly piece. Attach the “tails” of the eyes down the
sides of the belly piece.
3. Attach wings to either side of the belly piece.
4. Sew one short tail piece to either side of the long piece on top and attach to the back
of the bird.
5. Attach the feet towards the front of the bottom of the belly piece.
6. Attach each head feather one at a time. Cream above each eye with the three brown
in the middle. Weave your end tails through the chain and tuck them inside of the
head.
7. Embroider a few stitches of white for the eye.
8. Attach the beak between the eyes on top of the belly piece.
