Your total move-in amount due reflects an upfront concession of that has been deducted from the total amount due
upon move-in. Your total balance due upon move-in is 1,990.00. Payment will be required before moving in and can
be made online by visiting our website at bartle(lakesapts.com. If you can’t pay your balance online, we do allow
move-in payments via Money Gram Location (We can provide you the payment info). Once you’re moved-in,
payments for your monthly charges will need to be made online by visiting your resident portal,
h(ps://barle(lakesapts.residentportal.com. We would be happy to assist in setting up your online profile. Online
payments can be made via credit card, e-check, or MoneyGram. All major credit cards are accepted. Thank you for
understanding that no payments are accepted in the Leasing office.
Before moving into your new apartment home, we will prepare your lease and send you an email invitation where
you can read over your lease and sign it online. When signing the lease, you will see an area where your name[s] are
pre-typed out. You will need to type your name over in that section as it is written and then click sign.
We will contact you before your move-in date to schedule an appointment for us to complete the move-in process.
Please plan for the onsite move-in process to take approximately 30 minutes.
On or before move-in day, we will need verification of your newly established accounts as specified below. You can
do this by providing us with your new account number.

Renters Insurance policy/ declaration requirements:
1. Before move-in and taking possession of your new apartment home, we will need to ensure that you meet the
renters' insurance liability insurance requirement through one of the following ways:
a. You have obtained preapproved, low-cost insurance protection through our vendor partners, Resident Insure
(www.residentinsure.com).
b. You provide the community with the policy declaration page from a valid third-party insurance
company of your choice. Ensuring the third-party provider's declaration page includes:
Leaseholder's name
Name of the insurance company
Insurance policy number
Effective and expiration dates of the policy. The effective date should reflect your move-in date.
The liability minimal requirement is $100,000.
