Good Day Sir
Please accept this formal letter as my formal resignation from my position as
Lady Guard effective from March 25, 2024.
I appreciated the opportunities that you have given to me to work under this
company. For almost a year of working with all these great people, it literally engraved
a meaningful memories to me. This indeed a big help into my personal -growth and
development which made me realize the maturity of life as well as the essence of
perseverance and hardwork. This work considered to be my first job. The very first job
that enlightened me that you cannot earn without effort and sacrifices. The more you
endure, the more income you will get which indeed a great help to your family financial
lackness. I would admit that my attachment into this work and the people I worked with
has already grown. If only I was given a choice I will choose to continue to work here
but unfortunately I was left no choice but to pass this letter into your office. I need to
take a step for my dream. The opportunities here in Mindanao was badlly denied to us
due to gender and course standard qualification as well as the backer system of our
desired field. Despite of being degree and license holder we are still not fit enough to be
in their field. So I was advised to take risk in Manila. There's no assurance for a hundred
percent of possibility of success but I think it's better to try than to regret it later for not
trying. Moreover, the validity of my AQE and SWE exam are going to expire on August
2024. I need to rush so I can still make it on the upcoming quota. Also, my age is near
on the limit. I hope for your kind consideration.
Please let me know how I can be help during the transition period. I wish you and
the company the very best going forward.
Sincerely yours,
RHINNALYN P. PRADAS
