METHOD STATEMENT
INTRODUCTION
This Method Statement describes the technical requirements for PROVISION OF SPILLAGE
MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO LUCARA BOTSWANA FOR 24 MONTHS
SCOPE
The scope of work shall entail provision of all labor, equipment, tools and services necessary for
PROVISION OF SPILLAGE MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO LUCARA BOTSWANA FOR 24 MONTHS.
The detailed scope includes but not limited to:

 Bush clearance and grass cutting around Karowe Process Plant and relative offices, CCR
building, Process water dams
 Spillage removal around Processing Plant and from structures
 Cleaning of storm water trenches, process water storage and thickener (additional
people will be required)
 Possible Shift coverage where required e.g., during covid isolations
 Small operational projects as casual labour
