PRAYER AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MEETING

We pray to the omnipotent Lord God to send us good Spirits to assist us, to keep away those who could
lead us into error, and to grant us the light necessary to distinguish the truth from imposture.
Also remove malevolent Spirits, incarnate or disembodied, who could try to put discord between us and
divert us from charity and love for our neighbor. If anyone tries to enter here, ensure that they do not find

 TO CORRECT A DEFECT
Oh my God! You gave me the intelligence necessary to distinguish good from evil. Thus, from the moment
I recognize that something is bad, I am guilty if I do not make the effort to reject it.
Preserve me from pride that would prevent me from perceiving my defects, and from evil Spirits that could
incite me to persevere in them.
Among my imperfections, I recognize that I am particularly prone to…; and if I do not resist that inclination
it is because I have contracted the habit of giving in to it.
You have not found me guilty, because you are just, but with equal aptitude for both good and evil. If I

its deplorable consequences. Great punishments and cruel sufferings await you. You will be forced to implore

Reflect, then, while there is still time, because the justice of God will fall on you, as on all rebellious Spirits.
Consider that the evil you do at this moment will necessarily have an end, while if you persist in your
obstinacy, your sufferings will increase without ceasing.
When you were on Earth, wouldn't you have considered it stupid to sacrifice a great good for a tiny
momentary satisfaction? The same thing happens now that you are Spirit. What do you gain from what you
do? Just the sad pleasure of tormenting someone, which doesn't stop you from being miserable, whatever
you say, and from becoming even more miserable.
On the other hand, look what you lose. Observe the good Spirits that surround you, and tell me if their fate
is not preferable to yours. Whenever you want, you will participate in the happiness they enjoy. What is
necessary to achieve it? Implore God and do good instead of evil. I know you can't transform suddenly, but
God doesn't demand the impossible: He only wants good will. So, take the test and we will help you. May we
soon be able to say the prayer for repentant Spirits in your favor, and may we no longer have to classify you
among the bad Spirits, while we wait for you to be counted among the good ones.

Observation. The cure for serious obsessions requires a lot of patience, perseverance and self-denial. It also demands tact
and ability to direct Spirits in good direction that are often very perverse, obstinate in evil and cunning, because there are some who are
rebellious to the maximum degree. In most cases we have to be guided by circumstances. However, whatever the character of the Spirit,
it is a certain fact that nothing is obtained by force or threats. All influence lies in the moral ascendancy. Another truth, equally proven by
both experience and logic, is the absolute ineffectiveness of exorcisms, formulas, sacramental words, amulets, talismans, external
practices or any other material sign.
Very prolonged obsession can cause pathological disorders and sometimes requires simultaneous or consecutive treatment,
whether magnetic or medicinal, to restore the health of the organism. Once the cause is destroyed, it remains to combat the effects. (See
