Guidelines to request “Visitor Gate Pass”
Note: Visitor gate pass must be request by individual visitors by signing UP the system. You can’t
create visitor gate pass on behalf.
1. Click this link: https://visit.emiratessteel.com/
2. Click Visitor Log IN.
3. Click “Register as New user”
4. Enter Your Name, active email, captcha and sign up.
5. System Will send OTP on above active email.
6. Copy and Paste the OTP on below followed by captcha.

7. System will open registration page as followings. Complete the form.
8. Registration completed.
9. Click here to log IN: https://visit.emiratessteel.com/V_SignIn.aspx
10. Enter your email ID and password followed by captcha.
11. System will open below dashboard.

12. Now, Click Profile – Edit Profile. You will get below screen. Fill all the information and click Save.
13. Attachments.
13.1 First document either Passport or Visa or Emirates ID (One of it) is mandatory here.
13.2 Second Document: Medical insurance. It is not mandatory here to be attached.
13.3 Third Document: Vehicle Registration copy. It’s optional if your visit required to have
vehicle access.

14. Now Click – Create Request – Visitor gate pass.
15. Select “Type of visit” :

16. Location:

- Main Administrative building.

As mentioned above, Except Main Administrative building, old
Plant admin Building and Mega project site office, all other areas
considered as plant.
17. Based on selection made above, system will display below screen mainly safety induction
requirements.

18. Enter all required information.
18.1 Start date & Time and End Date & time: System will allow Max. 07 Calendar days to
request. If you are visiting more than a week, you need to re-apply upon initial request
expired. To re-apply, follow the above process from Point No. 15 onwards.
18.2 Purpose of visit: Brief details about your visit.
18.3 Department: Select department that you are visiting.
18.4 Enter host email ID and click “Validate Email”. Host means an ESA employee who will be

hosting, responsible for your visit and 1 level approver.
18.5 Submit.

19. Once submit, you will get below screen to track your request.
20. Request can be track using “Request tracking” as shown below.
21. Click View: You will know the status of your request and pending with whom.
22. Once it approved, Send Back or rejected, you will be notified by email.
