In our commitment to the safety and security of our team members, visitors and contractors, we ask all visitors to

our stores and venues to digitally sign in and out using the Vistrak visitor management App.
Follow these instructions for easy set up and use.

setting up for the first time


You only need to set up and register once for access to all endeavour locations

step 1 Download the free ‘Vistrak Visitor Management' App (you can scan the QR code for quick access).

step 2 Open the App. Allow the App access to your phone's camera when prompted and choose ALWAYS
in the ‘Allow Location Services’ step. The App needs these features to complete your profile and for
check in/out. The App doesn't use your location services once you check out or leave site.

step 3 Tap ‘New registration’ to create your profile. Add a photo, your name, company, contact details
and safety information.

step 4 Choose a ‘PIN’, then press submit.

step 5 We will text you a code, which will either self-populate (Android) or appear on the top of your
keyboard (IOS), press submit and you’re ready to go.

Checking in Checking out


step 1 On arrival at one of our locations tap ‘Check step 1 When your visit is complete, click on the

PLEASE NOTE - in all states where it is mandatory to do so, please also sign in using
the state QR CODE check in system.
