*Mast: - Ht-72ft from ground, Valid NDT reports available with rig
*Engine: - Cummins 350HP, Serviced last week as per maintenance record, RPM gauge & temperature
gauge is ok. Exhaust covered with insulation
*Draw work: -ZYT,300HP, brake shoe looks in healthy condition & effective during test, New 22mm
casing line, cat line(5T) 14mm.NDT reports of dead line anchor found ok & line anchored with 5 nos of
U clamp.
*Crown Block: - ZYT,50T, valid NDT reports available with rig. Greasing done.
*Crown-o-Matic:- installed with rig & found ok
*Floor-o-Matic: - Not installed
*Mast up test:- Found smooth mast up & down, No leakage from anu hydraulic cylinder & jacks.
*Air tank:- having valid hydro test & PSV certificate(tested pressyre140psi)
*Sub structure:- having valid MPI certificate
Mud Pump
*Model no :- 3ZB- 265,Stroke length-5’’,liner od 4.5’’ Discharge rate @ 976l/m @ 250SPM
*Engine:- Cummins,350HP Maximum SPM 350,servicing done
*Spare:- required seals are available with rig & cross checked
*Pop-off valve set at 3000psi. Found ok during test,bleed line fitted with web-check. Dampener pressure
is 650psi
*Mud pump running test:- Run at 1500psi for 1 hrs. No leakage found. calibration certificate for main
pressure gauge is available with rig, NDT reports ok. Suction line 4’’ & discharge line 2’’Approx. 40ft
length 2’’ steel line available with NDT reports, 40ft flexible hose tested @ 3kpsi.
* Manifold equipped with 4 nos gate valve & Lo-torque valve. Tested & 3000psi. Ok
*Haskal pump & chart recorder: - having valid certificate till jan 2024. Function test ok(gauge 6000psi)
BOP
*13 5/8’’ 5 k Annular BOP: - BOP test certificate Valid till feb 2024
Function test- closer time 24sec, pressure test- 300psi for 5 mins & 1500psi for 10mins. Found holding.
Redress kit available except element seal.
*13 5/8’’ Variable Ram BOP: - Pipe ram BOP equipped with 2 7/8’’ to 5’’ variable ram. BOP certificate
valid till july 2024.
Function test: - OK, closer time- 4-5sec, Pressure test 300psi/3500psi hold for 5/10mins. Holding
*13 5/8’’ Shear Ram; - BOP test certificate Valid till july 2024. Function test Ok. Closing time 9-10
seconds. Pressure test 300psi/3500psi hold for 5/10mins.
*changeover spool: - 13 5/8’’ X 7 1/16’’, 13 5/8’’ X 13 5/8’’ & 13 5/8’’ X 11’’ with certificate.
*Spare: - sufficient spare parts such as ram block, top seal, packer seal, rig gasket available with rig

*16 nos of 11gal capacity accumulator bottle available with 1100psi pre charge pressure.
*Accumulator pressure Build-up test: - By Electrically pressure build up to 3000psi pressure in 9mins &
hold. Pneumatically pressure build up to 3000psi in 40mins & hold
* Electro-hydro switch is functioning well & cut-off set at 2600psi & 3000psi.
* Functioning of 3 position 4-way valve observed ok.
* Valid Pressure test certificate for 1’’ coflex(45ft) hoses available with rig
*Drawdown test: - After Close(annular) & open /Close (Ram) accumulator pressure dropped from
3000psi to 1200psi & hold.
Tanks
*Fire Tank; - 330bbl capacity equipped with 40hp pump
*Brine tank; - 150bbl insulated 2 nos of brine tank available with rig without agitator.
*Trip Tank: - 30bbl capacity equipped with agitator.
*Mixing tank: - 50bbl capacity equipped with agitator.
*Mobile Insulated tank: - 3 nos 24kl mobile insulated tank available with rig (RJ46GA4526,
RJ46GA4434,RJ23GB1053). Vehicle red tag & other docs are ready.
Power Source
*DG set: - 125KV – 1 nos, 45KV – 1 nos. Function test ok. 2 nos of electrical panel equipped with
RCCV.
*Torquing Unit: - ½’’ hose connected with external air tank. Pressure limit 2000psi.
*External Compressor unit: - 300psi capacity air tank equipped with 20hp motor. Function test ok.
Hoisting Equipment
*Hydra: - 15 ton, RJ04 EA 3097
*Crane: - 60ton capacity, RJ20EA2648, function test &
*GD : - H2S, Multi gas detector with calibration certificate.
*Lifting tool & tackle: - having valid MPI certificate
