  An energetic HRGA Officer that handle for recruitments, administrations, assets and daily
 transactions in general banking based on Service Level Agreement (SLA). I am an enthusiastic

         Responsible for Recruitment & Resign Process of employees and outsourchings (
          Securities, OB, Drivers) for Branch and Sub-Branch.
         Recap of data remuneration for Payroll, allowance, business trip, assurance, DPLK,
          BPJS-K, BPJS-T.
         Making sure the collection of tax (Pph 21,Pph 23, Pph4a2 and monitoring the tax
          reporting)
         Recap data of employee & outsourching attendances.
         Coordinate the issuance of monthly personnel reports (attendamce recaps, salary
          recaps, sanction letters for disciplinary actions) in accordance of SOP
         As PIC to build relation with partner/ vendors ( Driver : PT Artdeco, Security : PT
          BAP, OB : PT PKSS)
         Responsible for orientations program of new employee ( on the job training,
          debriefing, classical orientasi ) and training for employee development
         Arrange work plan / goal setting for Branch (KC ) & Sub-Branch (KCP) and
          process evaluate of employee performances.
         Build Relatiopship between Bank Woori Saudara and the Ministry of Manpower
          (Disnaker).
         Responsible of activities in General Banking accordance with Service Level
          Agreement (SLA).
         Record Keeping and Bookkeeping activities of daily transactions, spending routine
          expense such as amortization and depreciation of office supllies.
         Responsible for managing petty cash (recording of proof sheet, and proof
          transaction).
         Routinely checks the suitability of the physical inventory of goods with records on
          the system (Stock Opname).
