A healthy lifestyle starts at home
Have you ever watched enviously as jogger after jogger runs past you in the park and felt desperate to
join them … if only you knew where to start? Well, (1) if you start at home, you might eventually make it
to that park!
Research shows that (2) if you exercise from the comfort of your own home, you are more likely to develop
into an enthusiastic exerciser. But is this really true? Well, (3) as I am not a runner myself, I decided to try it
