About Us- History

• Punj Sons Private Limited (later Punj Lloyd Limited) established.


1982

• High Value Engineering Centre (HVEC), an intra-organizational engineering wing created to cater to captive
engineering needs of Punj Lloyd.
2002

• Punj Lloyd acquired Sembawang of Singapore & Simon carves of UK


• HVEC carved out as Simon Carves India Ltd, a 100% subsidiary of Punj Lloyd Limited.
2006 • Engineering support to Sembawang & Simon Carves started in Infrastructure & Petrochemical projects
