HANNAH FRYNZY MARIE GANDOLA M41

Life Line

1. Write a self-reflection regarding any significant experiences in life, future plans and write your
own personal mission in life and your future career.
My life has been significantly changed by starting a road of service through outreach
initiatives ever since I was in high school. I am a former President of the Society of Young Social
Scientist in which the organization aims to help community development by conducting various
outreach programs. We did feeding, gift-giving, seminars, visiting the Home for the aged, donations,
clean up drive and many more. These experiences have not only influenced my personal
development but have also stoked a fierce ambition to succeed in my future job as a MedTech,
where I envision having a profound effect on society.
My experience with outreach initiatives has strengthened my resolve to pursue a career in
medical technology. I see myself as a crucial component of the healthcare system, helping every
patients' well-being by providing precise and accurate medical laboratory results. My mission in life
for now is to mold myself to be the best version of me. I will not compete with anyone, hence, I will
compete with myself to be better and then best.

2. Take your time on answering this questions

A. Why do I exist?
 I exist because I believe that God has entrusted me with a purpose—to help people and
contribute to the rebuilding of humanity. I see my existence as a divine opportunity to make a
positive impact, and I am committed to fulfilling this mission with faith, compassion, and
unwavering dedication.

B. What makes me unique among others?

 I believe that I am unique not only because I do singing, dancing, drawing, radiobroadcasting,
and phlebotomy. I believe that I AM UNIQUE because I possess the capacity to provide empathy,
love, care, and hope to the future of the world by dedicating myself to the service of humanity.
It's in these qualities and my diverse skill set that I find my true essence and purpose.

C. What are my capabilities, my strengths and my weaknesses?

 My abilities as a singer, dancer, beauty queen, and youth leader demonstrate my diverse talents
and leadership qualities, but my true strength lies in my unwavering commitment to do
whatever I can for the people, for I know to myself that my willingness to do something for
humanity is stronger than my abilities. On the other hand, my vulnerability lies in the fear of
falling short in the eyes of my Almighty God. I am a busy person especially my course devours
almost all of my time. I may have been inactive in serving the church these days but I am still
doing my best to serve whenever I am free. My fear of failing God is a reminder of my deep faith
and also the source of my inner strength.
D. What motivates me?
 My family and I are my greatest motivators, propelling me to strive for excellence in every aspect
of my life - as a student, a leader, and, most importantly, as a person. Their unwavering support
and love inspire me to be the best version of myself, each and every day.

E. What do I want in life and how will I achieve them?

 I aspire for a life filled with happiness and contentment, and I believe that I can achieve this by
pursuing all my 'what if' questions. I've come to realize that it's far better to try and learn from
the experience than to endlessly ponder what might have been. Embracing the unknown and
taking chances is my path to a fulfilling and joyful life.

F. From your answers, create your own “LIFE VISION/MISSION STATEMENT” out of your chosen
profession or career.

MY MISSION STATEMENT

To dedicate myself to helping humanity, weaving compassion and service into every step of my life's
journey, leaving a lasting, positive impact on the world

MY LIFE VISION

To perpetually strive for personal growth, aiming to be my best self and attain my dreams, all while
embracing happiness as the guiding light of my journey."
