digitized money transaction and create awareness of Digital India introduces by Pradhan
Mantri.
INTRODUCTION
Cashless society describes an economic state where financial transactions are not
conducted with money in the form of physical bank notes or coins, but rather than digital
currency, crypto currency is used. The Digital payment system is now becoming the
essential part of banking transaction. The Digitalization is need of country because it is
important to develop the financial sector as per the modern age requirement and to face
the competitions with developing countries. The PM Narendra Modi started a mission
Digital India in 2017 for removing hidden money and black money from the country. The
digital payment system is a part of the mission from this cashless transaction will made all

REDUCTION IN ENERGY CONSUMPTION.
Energy is the most basic material demand for the existence and development of human
being. Energy consumption is used as the criterion for measuring the level of economic
and social development for a certain region. Due to the energy crisis and other
environmental, economic, political, market, and social issues, researchers have sought to
develop sustainable and renewable energy sources to reduce energy consumption, protect
the environment, and promote regional development. For this activity, Rampura village
were selected, and the related data were obtained by using questionnaire surveys and
household interviews.

off at once.
2. Choose LED bulbs are the most energy efficient lighting option, LED bulbs
use 75% less electricity than incandescent bulbs.
3. Painting walls in light colours allow them to reflect the existing natural light,
thus reducing the need for artificial lighting. Make the most of the sunlight,
whenever possible.
4. By installing ceiling fans, or using the ones you have can help circulate air
throughout your home. This will ease the job of your air conditioner.

UNNAT BHARAT ABHIYAN / SWACHH BHARAT ABHIYAN.
As part of all India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) activity point program, the
students of 6th SEM ECE engineering visited kutagal village to contribute to Swachh
Bharath a national level of initiative of government of India. The Swachh Bharath
campaign was held at the kutagal village. Swachh Bharath Abhiyan is one of the most
significant and popular mission to have taken place in India. Swachh Bharath Abhiyan is a
great step towards the clean India.

We collected waste plastics, plastic bottles and many unwanted plastic materials were
collected from Chamundi Pura village and cleaned the environment to create awareness in
local residents. We also spread the awareness regarding the disposal of plastics and how
plastic affect the human life and environment were spread to the resident’s surrounding
area.
Swatch Bharat: Swatch Bharat is a nation-wide campaign in India for the period 2013-
2019 that aims to clean up the streets, roads and infrastructure of India’s cities, towns and
rural areas. The objectives of Swatch Bharat include eliminating open defecation through
the construction of household-owned and community-owned toilets and establishing an
accountable mechanism of monitoring toilet use.
Cleanliness means that there is no dirt, no dust, no stains, and no bad smells. The goals of
cleanliness are health, beauty, absence of offensive odour and to avoid the spreading of
dirt and contaminants to oneself and others.
With the help of cleanliness, we can keep our physical and mental health clean, which will
make us feel good. Cleanliness gives rise to a good character by keeping body, mind, and
soul clean and peaceful. Maintaining cleanliness is the essential part of healthy living
because it is the cleanliness only which helps to improve our personality by keeping clean
externally and internally.
It is everybody’s responsibility and one should keep themselves and their surroundings
clean and hygienic. It also brings good and positive thoughts in the mind which slows
down the occurrence of diseases.
Waste is known as a matter which current users have no purpose of, or it is known as a
matter which can be harmful to humans, animals or the environment. The result is village
surrounding was filled with waste papers, plastic bags, chocolate rappers etc. If a village
environment is dirty or unkempt, it can actually have a negative effect.
SEPARATING WASTES:
Dry mixed waste consists of waste that doesn’t decay. It is free of organic material such as
food. It is also known as non-biodegradable waste
Dry mixed recycling helps materials find second lives. For example, glass can be recycled
hundreds of times into new jars and bottles.
• Plastic
• Glass
• Metal
• Timber
• Sawdust
• Textiles
• Cardboard and other mixed paper Home or office furniture Household junk
WHAT IS WET WASTE?
Wet waste (such as food scraps or cooking oils) is biodegradable. Recycling diverts food
waste from landfill and turns it into compost.
Restaurants, factories and building sites all need efficient wet waste solutions. Many of
them rely on URM to help their business run smoothly.
URM accepts the following wet waste materials: Organic food matter
Most places you go to will have some form of waste segregation. Your office may have a
bin for paper and cardboard, the gym has a mixed recyclables bin, even your house should
have some form of waste segregation as all local councils do curb side collection. But how
important is it to put the right waste in the right bins? This blog will discuss why you
should pay attention to waste segregation.
The first reason is it is legally required. Under the Waste Regulations 2011, you must
segregate paper, cardboard, plastic, metal and glass at source unless it is technically or
economically unfeasible. Under the same regulations, you should implement the waste
hierarchy; reduce, reuse, recycle other recovery and disposal. By law, you should
implement this hierarchy and segregation helps with recycling in particular.
OUTCOME:
Finally, while collecting wastes, collect dry and wet waste separately and it will
help to dispose.

AWARENESS PROGRAM OF WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
Millions of women in our hamlets know what unemployment means... Give them access
to economic activities and they will have access to power and self- confidence to which
they hitherto have been strangers," said Mahatma Gandhi in Young India (1930). Millions
of women in our hamlets know what unemployment means... Give them access to
economic activities and they will have access to power and self- confidence to which they
hitherto have been strangers," said Mahatma Gandhi in Young India (1930).
The word ‘Women Empowerment’ itself implies that women are not powerful enough -
they need to be empowered. This painful truth has been in existence for a long long time.
It is in recent years that noticeable work started beginning to lift women out of the abyss
of insignificance and powerlessness. The patriarchal society suppressed women’s freedom
across the world. Women were not allowed to vote or even put forward any opinion.
Women were confined to their homes. As time progressed, they realised that their life
meant much more than just serving in the household. As more and more women started
crossing the man-made barriers, the world began to witness the rise of women. Unlike
men, women never try to stifle the voice of their opposite gender. They hold the hands of
all the downtrodden people - men and women both - and they pull them out of misfortune
as they try to improve their lives.
In the ancient days and even in the recent past, women, in hundreds of countries, were not
allowed to vote. As time passed, more and more women came together and made their
voices heard. Gaining voting rights significantly lifted the position of women in society.
Many suffrage movements campaigned daily in support of women's voting rights. In the
US, individuals like Elizabeth Stanton and organisations like National American Woman
Suffrage Association, National Woman’s Party played a key role in securing the voting
rights for women. In the UK, the Women's Social and Political Union aggressively
campaigned for women’s suffrage. It is a shame for society at large when we consider that
many countries granted women the right to vote after a very long time. Kuwait, Qatar,
Zaire, Bahrain, Andorra, Central African Republic etc granted women the right to vote
after the second half of the 20th century.
Women empowerment cannot be successful if the women in the lower rung of the society
are not empowered. After the onset of the 21st century, women belonging to the
grassroots level have found many vocational works, labours that were only reserved for
men. Today there are many female masons, bus drivers, petrol pump attendants, farmers
etc. And all these women are doing their job extremely well.
Women empowerment in India cannot be compared with that in other countries. Women
were highly respected in the Vedic ages. The focus on women’s education was never
absent. The word ‘sahadharmini’was known from the Vedic days. Sahadharmini means -
equal partner. It is thus very clear that women in India in ancient days enjoyed respect,
education and reverence. As time passed the Indian culture was contaminated with the
conservative Middle Eastern and British culture. As a result, the power and respect that
women enjoyed were lost.
Gradually after independence, women started regaining the lost power. Today women are
everywhere. The country saw its female Prime Minister and President, the country has
many eminent female sportspeople like Saina Nehwal or P.T Usha, the country has been
blessed with talented women scientists like A. Chatterjee or B Vijayalakshmi. Women are
joining the combat forces in India without any hesitation.
However, many women in India are still finding it hard to come out of the clutches of
patriarchy - particularly in the rural sector. The empowered women must urge these
women to raise voices, protest and seek help from the authorities.
Today, more than ever, women are enjoying freedom. They can decide on their own.
However, there is a long way to go. Women must protest against the use of religion to
suppress them. Not all military positions are open to females. There is a wage gap in the
film industry, in sports and normal jobs. The women need to use their hard-earned power
to banish all the injustices that they have been facing for time immemorial.
