Goals

Course Description:
MATH 2 INFERENTIAL STATISTICS AND BIOMETRY| 1
This course deals with the study of chemical processes that drive biological systems. It covers the fundamental aspects of biochemistry and the structure and dynamics of important cellular
components. The structure, properties, functions of biochemical compounds are alos discussed.
Course Code: Chem 2103
Credit Units: 3 units (2 units lecture, 1 unit laboratory)
Prerequisites: Organic Chemistry

Course Requirements:
1. Attendance – Students should abide code of conduct in attending the class as transcribe on student handbook.
2. Participation – Students are expected to be actively participating during class discussion
3. Problem Sets – Solutions on problem sets should be submitted as class output.
4. Written examinations – This includes quizzes, mid-term, and final exam. Mid-term exam will cover Topic 1 - 4 and Final exam will cover Topic 5 - 8.
