CUTTING DEPARTMENT
Cutting department is one of most
essential section of garments
manufacturing.
Cutting is started after inspection
and fabric spreading.
Cutting is depends upon method of
cutting,for making quality
garments,they have follow the
procedure and continue the work.
METHOD OF FABRIC CUTTING
In artistic industry use the
manual method for cutting.
Here cutting process is done by
using scissor, knife,and dril e.t.c
Advantavges of manual cutting
Easy process to cutting
Educational man power is not
required
Low maintenance cost
DISADVANTAGE OF MANUAL
CUTTING
Slow process
Not suitable for large production
Cutting speed can not be controlled
Higher labor cost than computerized cutting method.
STITCHING DEPARTMENT
FRONT PANEL
In front section there are almost 22
operations applied on front
panel.for expamle coin
pkt,hem,pkt attach,facing,linning
etc
BACK PANEL
In back section there are 8 to 9
operations applied like back pkt
hem , pkt attach , pkt guider etc
ASSEMBLY SECTION
In assembly section there are17 opration applied to assembly
front and back panel like inseam feedo , side top , loop attacher.
STITCHING; It is process where by fabric is
fashioned in to a diffirent product by means of diffirent
sewing techniques.

FINSHING DEPARTMENT
The finshing department is the last section in the garment production prior to packing and dispatch it
plays important role in the final appearance.

Inventory room; after wash garment shifted the
inventory room for some measurments.
Finshing; add any additional detail likes eivets,
buttons, and labels to complete the jeans.

Sam represent the amount of time in minutes that skilled should
take complete specific operaton using method and equipment.
EFFICENCY; Effiency is the ablity to acchive to

resources ,including time, and matrial.
