PRE - SPES
I am Blessie Mae A. Litao, an incoming fourth year college student at Bulacan State University

skills. I hope that whatever I learn from this year's SPES program will help me in the future as a nurse.

POST - SPES

During my 20 days of working in the RHU department, I learnt, experienced, and observed a variety of
events, particularly those involving patient assistance. The most important things I've learnt are how to
adjust to and be comfortable in my assigned department, as well as how to converse with my coworkers. I
was also able to observe the work of true nurses at RHU and experienced a lot of clinical procedure. It was
memorable that I was abled to donate blood, removed sutures for bilateral ligation patients, and be able to
assist a physician during consultation. As a result, my last 20 days working are remembered as a
knowledgeable and unforgettable journey in my life because I was able to gain knowledge and learn new
abilities. Actually this was my last SPES experience since I am a graduating student and with that, my entire
four years SPES journey indeed helped me a lot and enhanced my overall personality.
