7 ½ cups cranberry juice Combine the cranberry and orange juices in a punch

Apple and Blackcurrant Christmas Cup (makes ½ pint)
½ pint (285ml) apple juice Place apple juice, cloves and roughly broken cinnamon

Heat the apple and cranberry juice together for one minute in

Hot Cocoa Bean (serves 1)
Hot chocolate Mix 2/3 hot chocolate with 1/3 coffee and add caramel.
Regular or decaf coffee Serve with a sugar rim and whipped cream with cocoa
2 tbsp caramel sprinkles.
Silent Night
50ml elderflower cordial
3 lemon wedges
½ tsp brown sugar
Soda water
Mint to garnish
Crush the sugar and lemon wedges together,
add the elderflower cordial, shake, top with
soda, stir and add more

1 part peppermint cordial
Pour peppermint cordial and cream into cocktail shaker,
4 parts single cream
shake well. Add coffee and shake again, serve into ice filled

4 oz orange juice
2 oz milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

4 parts pineapple juice
1 part grapefruit juice Blend coconut cream and fruit juices together
1 part lemon juice with ice, pour into cocktail glasses and top with

1 part grenadine 1 carton pineapple juice
1 part lemon juice 4 tbsp lemon juice
1 pint of soda water 1 pint soda

Equal parts of orange juice
lemonade or soda

Spiced Fruity Punch (makes 2½ pints )
1 pint (570ml) sweetened orange juice Place orange juice, apple juice, water, ginger and
1 pint apple juice mixed spice into a saucepan. Bring mixture to the boil,
¼ pint (142ml) water then simmer gently over a low heat for about five
½ tsp (2.5ml) ground ginger minutes. Pour the heated punch into warm glasses,
½ tsp (2.5ml) mixed spice add slices of apple and orange to serve.
