INDEMNITY-CUM-DECLARATION

<AGE OF CURRENT PROPERTY OWNER/S> years, by Nationality Indian, by faith
<FAITH OF CURRENT PROPERTY OWNER/S>, by occupation <OCCUPATION OF
CURRENT PROPERTY OWNER/S>, residing at <CURRENT RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS
AS PER AADHAAR/EPIC OF CURRENT PROPERTY OWNER/S>, do hereby solemnly
state, declare and affirm as follows –
1. That I am/we are the owner/s and absolutely seized and possessed of or
otherwise well and sufficiently entitled to All that piece and parcel of
<COMPLETE DETAILS OF THE PROPERTY AS PER LEGAL REPORT>
(hereinafter referred to as “said property”).
2. That I/we hereby state and declare that my/our name has not yet been
mutated in the records maintained with the office of BL&LRO/LOCAL BODY. I
undertake to submit the MUTATION CERTIFICATE/PROPERTY TAX PAYMENT
RECEIPT/PORCHA in my/our name/s for the said property within 120 days
from the date of execution of these presents.
3. That I/we hereby declare and undertake to unconditionally indemnify
Svatantra Micro Housing Finance Corporation Limited and such other
security trustee as may be nominated by Svatantra Micro Housing Finance
Corporation Limited and keep any other juridical person appointed by
Svatantra Micro Housing Finance Corporation Limited fully indemnified
against any and all losses and/or damages arising from any possible
existing or future dispute or hindrance with regard to the title and
possession and nature of the said property and any dispute arising in
relation with the said property’s nature and usage and said property’s
mutation status or any connected matter whatsoever or for any suppression
or concealment or untrue statement made by me/us in connection
therewith.
4. That I am/we are completely satisfied that the said property is free from all
encumbrances, claims and demands and the same is not subject to any
charge, liens, lispendenses, attachment or any other processes issued by
any Court or authority and no lien, gift or trust in respect thereof and there
is no suit, writ, action or other proceeding is pending against in respect of
the said property and that no notice for acquisition or requisition is issued in
respect of the said property. I/We further declare that the said property is
not encumbered in any manner whatsoever and is having an absolute, clear
and marketable title thereto.
5. And I/we make the aforesaid declarations and statements and give the
aforesaid undertaking solemnly and sincerely believing the same to be true
and knowing fully well that on the faith and strength thereof, Svatantra
Micro Housing Finance Corporation Limited has agreed to provide the loan
to person/s who have applied for loan facility.
