PERINESOS
The people of Perinesos are much beloved by Apollo. They live on an island with a bloody past
of doomed struggle against the occupying forces of Aphoros. After the last revolution a
generation ago, the island gained freedom finally. However, the reigning ruler is in the process
of undoing this independence. Foreign soldiers are occupying parts of the island, and much of
the legendary lavender fields are being destroyed by their great cattle herds. Knowing the
temperament of the islanders it is no surprise that there are those who rail against this.
