The meeting was started at exactly 3:00 o’clock in the morning and the opening
prayer lead by Mrs. Merina.
Ms. Jea-an A. Lamban the adviser of Grade IV – Malapughaw introduce herself,
announces her expectations to the class and to the parents. Afterward she presented
the meeting agenda.
1. Election of Homeroom PTA Officers S.Y. 2023-2024
-The following set of officers was elected and it was approved by the body.

-Ms. Lamban explained the Grading system of grade 4 levels
3. School Policies
-Ms. Lamban presented the school policies for the school year 2023-2024 and
explained it to the parents attended the meeting.
4. Homeroom Project
-As the grade 4 department agreed that wall fan will be the homeroom project of
this school year. And it was an approved by the parents of grade 4- Malapughaw as
this is what gives a big help to the learning-teaching process easy.
-200 per pupil,( if nay mag igsuon 200 ra ang ibayad) the eadline will be on
November 10, 2023. And to be collected by the treasurer, Mrs. Lucenta
5. Homeroom Pahina
-The homeroom pahina is schedule on September 25, 2023, Monday morning at
7:30 am.
-The pahina is intended for Garbage making of the grade level.
6. Classroom Donation
- Classroom needs was enumerated like floor wax, soap. Soft broom, stick
brooms and rugs by the advisers. Asking the parents to choose what they
want to donate.
7. Requirements:

8. Other Matters:
