3. __ Parents/guardians of pupils the meeting started at 1:00PM and started with a prayer. The
following transpired during the meeting: Parents were oriented on the following:
1. Students’ attendance and behavior.
Classroom rules and regulations
2. Class Schedule
Showing them the class program
3. Grading System
Written task 20%
Performance task 60%
Periodical test 20%
4. Information dissemination on Health Protocols
Need to submit medical record of the student
Need to submit health kit
5. HPTA Officers SY: 2024-2025
We conduct HPTA officers.
6. Homeroom Project
Wall fan (for the classroom to be well ventilated)
Contribution 50.00 pesos each
48 students
Total of 2,400.00
7. Other matters
Parents agreed the following:
They will support the homeroom project
They will submit medical records of the student.
Classroom Maintenance
Each student will bring:
1 small box of floor wax – to enhance shine and make floor easier to clean.
1 sachet surf powder detergent – to remove dirt from all types of surfaces
in the classroom.
1 small bottle of zonrox – for the cleanliness of Comfort Room use it on
floor, tiles and sinks.
They will donate for the improvement of the classroom.
The meeting ended at 3:00PM.

The agenda of the meeting, Students’ attendance and behavior, Class Schedule, Grading System,

Parents/guardians of pupils the meeting started at 8:30 am and started with a prayer. The following
transpired during the meeting: Parents were oriented on the following: Students’ attendance and
behavior I introduce to them the classroom rules and regulations of the students. Class Schedule showing
them the class program. Grading System, Written task 20%, Performance task 60%, Periodical test 20%.
Information dissemination on Health Protocols they need to submit medical record of the student. They need
to submit a health kit. Conduct HPTA Officers SY: 2024-2025, We conduct HPTA officers. For our Homeroom
Project, Wall fan (for the classroom to be well ventilated), Contribution 50.00 pesos each we have 48
