B. Establishing a purpose for the lesson I have here a picture what do you observe in the picture?

Our lesson for today is all about Adopting Appropriate

Packaging Methods

What will you do when the teacher is talking?

- Listen.

C. Presenting examples or instances of the Good morning/afternoon everyone! Today, we're

new lesson going to talk about the importance of packaging in
our industry. Packaging plays a crucial role in
protecting products during transportation and
storage, maintaining product quality, and ensuring
customer satisfaction.

In our company, we have specific packaging

standards that we need to follow to ensure
consistency and quality. These standards outline the
types of packaging materials to use, labeling
requirements, and storage procedures. By following
these standards, we can ensure that our products
are packaged safely and efficiently, and that they
meet our customers' expectations.

Let's take a look at some examples of our packaging

standards and how we can apply them in our daily
work.

D. Discussing new concepts and practicing Packaging Standards and Techniques:

new skills #1
Let's review our enterprise packaging standards.
Our company requires that all products be packaged
in durable, food-grade materials that meet specific
size and weight requirements. For example, our
standard box size for shipping products is 12" x 8" x
6", and we use bubble wrap or foam inserts to
cushion fragile items.

E. Activity 2 Now, let me demonstrate the proper packaging

technique for our products. (Demonstrates how to
wrap and place items in the box, seal the box, and
label it correctly.)

When labeling packages, we need to include the

product name, weight, and handling instructions.
We also need to ensure that the label is clearly
visible and securely attached to the package.

For storage, we need to keep packaged products in

a clean, dry, and temperature-controlled
environment. We should also stack packages
carefully to prevent damage and ensure easy
access.
F. Developing Mastery (Leads to formative Remember:
assessment)
- Use the correct box size and material
- Cushion fragile items properly
- Label packages clearly and accurately
- Store packages in a controlled environment

By following these packaging standards and

techniques, we can ensure that our products are
protected during shipping and storage, and that
they meet our customers' expectations.

G. Finding practical applications of concepts Now it's your turn to practice packaging! We'll provide you with
and skills in daily living (integration) packaging materials and products, and you'll work in pairs to
package the items according to our enterprise standards.

Please take a few minutes to package the product, making sure to

follow the standards we discussed earlier. I'll be circulating around
the room to offer feedback and guidance.

As you work, I'll be looking for proper packaging techniques,

accurate labeling, and attention to detail. Don't worry if you make
mistakes – this is a learning opportunity, and I'm here to help!

Let's get started! (Distributes packaging materials and products)

Okay, let's take a look at your work. (Provides feedback on

packaging techniques and labeling)

Great job, everyone! I can see that you're applying the packaging
standards we discussed. Remember to make sure the label is clearly
visible and securely attached to the package.

One thing to improve on is making sure the product is centered in

the box and the bubble wrap is applied correctly. Let's try again,
and I'll provide more feedback.
H. Making generalizations and abstractions Let's summarize the key points we covered today.
about the Lesson We discussed the importance of packaging, our
enterprise packaging standards, and proper
packaging techniques. We also practiced packaging
and received feedback on our work.

Remember, following our enterprise packaging

standards is crucial to ensuring product quality,
safety, and customer satisfaction. By adhering to
these standards, we can reduce errors, prevent
damage, and maintain our company's reputation.

As you continue in your roles, I encourage you to

apply the knowledge and skills you've gained today.
If you have any questions or concerns, don't
hesitate to reach out to your supervisor or quality
control team.

By working together, we can ensure that our

products are packaged correctly and meet our
customers' expectations. Thank you for your
attention, and let's keep up the good work!
