Sub: For removal of KrushakaSathi with resolution who engaged with your Gram Sabha fraudulently
with false certificate and documnents.

Respected Sir,
ISankar Sahu an RTI Activist-cum-Advocate intend to write youthat, information
revealed through RTI about the engagement of Sri Balakrushna Padhy of your panchayat as
Krushaka Sathifor said panchayat who recommended and selected by youthrough Gram Sabha
on dated 17.01.2023 and point No. 03 of said Gram Sabha.
A. But it also revealed from RTIthat, you (Sarapanch) given letter to BTT on dated
05.01.2023 vide your Panchayat Letter Pad through letter no 49/23 which
mentioned on that letter pad.
It creates doubt on the mind of mine that,
1) from letter despatch register of your panchayat it reveals no letter issued on
05.01.2023.
2) His name recommended on 17.01.2023 thrcugh selection on Gram Sabha with
the presence of you along with PEO/Sarapanch, but in contradiction to your
recommendation letter on dated 05.01.2023 to BTT Conver-cum-BAO. You
selected on 17.01.2023 in Gram Sabha but how you recommended his name
to BAO on 05.01.2023, it clearly showing pure favourism towards that person
by youagainst the Govt rule and regulations made for that post and illegally
given post to him.
3) The hand written on letter dated 05.01.2023 which recommended to BAO is
not the hand written of Sarapanch, while that letter shows letter send to BAO
by Sarapanch.

D. It is also creating doubt on the mind of mine how VAW signed the letter which
produced by the applicant on dated 05.01,2023 addressing BTT CONVER-cum
BAO. Was not he/she applied his/her presence of mindbefore putting sign on the
application that how one person will give his letter to appoint as Krushaka Sathi
on 05.01.2023 while his name recommended by GS on 17.01.2023. As per ATMA
Guideline 2018 or other law where as it is clearly mentioned that after
recommendation of GS to Agriculture department for appointing Krushaka Sathi
to such person, Agriculture department will give appointment to such person as
Krushaka Sathi. How VAW or other such authority couldn't see the TC of
concerned person while verifying documents?

The person appointed as KRUSHAKA SATHI 0s not as Guideline made by Govt of

Odisha or relative Government in ATMA Guideline 2018. And also secured a job in fraudulent
manner.

Difierent Court Judgements/ Orders:

The Supreme Court recently reiterated that no protection should be given to persons
who secure public employment through false certificates/ documents.
"The question is one of a TRUST. How can an employee who has produced a fake
and forged marksheet/certificate, that too, at the initialstage of appointment be trusted by
the employer? Whether such a certificate was material or not and/or had any bearing on
the employment or not is immaterial. The question is not of having an intention or mens
rea. The question is producing the fake/forged certificate. Therefore, in our view, the
Disciplinary Authority was justified in imposing the punishment of dismissal from service."

employment, the bench of MR Shah and BV Nagarathna, JJ has held that producing the
