STATEMENT OF PURPSOE

INTRODUCTION

I would like to give precise information about myself. My name is Tanmany Sharma and being the
resident of India, I attain an Indian passport and my passport number is Y9396121. Business has a major
impact in my life and hence I am applying for Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Business Management-
Human Recourse Management from Global University Systems (GUS) – Arden University, Berlin campus,
Germany.

EDCATIONAL BACKGROUND

To commence with my educational history, I passed my matriculation in the year 2021 under Punjab
School Education Board with 95% I recently passed my senior secondary education in the year 2023 in
commerce field with 73%

Business is the best field anyone can opt for as my cousin is already working in human resource
management and have a great knowledge about business world. I have seen him dealing with business
people in big companies; the way he present himself with such confidence in front of those influential
personalities really impressed me. It develops an urge within me to go for this business field.

WHY GERMANY IS THE BEST EUROPEAN COUNTRYT FOR ME?

Before applying for the course, I conducted extensive research on Germany and discovered numerous
reasons why I should pursue further education in Germany. Germany universities provide low to no
tuition fees and provide several professional prospects for me once I complete my higher education.
Another advantage I will obtain from living in Germany is that the cost of living is lower than in other

I decided to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Business Management with a concentration in Human
Resource Management because I am interested about understanding and improving the dynamics of
company culture and employee relations. This degree provides a broad approach to business
management as well as specialized human resource expertise, which I believe is critical for creating a
great work environment and driving organizational success. My interest in this subject derives from a
desire to help firms achieve strategic goals by successfully managing talent and resources. By combining
a solid foundation of business concepts with focused HR experience, I hope to acquire abilities that will
allow me to advise and lead enterprises through complicated challenges and help them prosper in a
competitive landscape. Besides that it is a three year degree program and along with business
management, I will also develop my core skills and knowledge in the recruitment and management of
people in organizations. I will also gain a wider understanding of HR functions, operations and cutting
edges technologies. I will also develop new personal and professional attributes in dedicated skills
related modules to sharpen my soft and decision making skills.

CAREER AFTER THIS COURSE

I wish to return back to my home-country once I am completed with my studies. Due to evolving era,
India is becoming growing in the field of Human Resource and Business. Indian government has open
various opportunities for the Entrepreneurs and for those stepping their career into Human Resource
management. While being in India and with my family, I can opt for the role of HR Manager , Product
Manager, QA manager, HRIS Specialist, Public Relation Manager and IT Recruiter with the pay ranging
from 3 LPA to 18 LPA or I can even have my own start-up.
