In recent years, there has been a growing public concern regarding the matter of bus travel. One viewpoint that
has gained traction is that people should be encouraged to use buses more as buses are modernized. Personally,
I find myself in agreement with this stance and discussed below are several reasons for this.
To begin with, I would like to point out that traveling by bus is good for the environment. This arises from the
fact that modern buses can run on electricity or other renewable energies such as solar energy. As a result, the
amount of CO2 emitted into the atmosphere can be reduced. This is a huge benefit for the environment, as it
helps to reduce air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions.
At the same time, I would argue that traveling by bus can help reduce traffic congestion. In other words, while
private means like cars and motorbikes can carry a few travelers, a bus can accommodate about 50 passengers
at once. Consequently, if more buses are used, the need for private vehicles will be reduced and the commute
time will be shortened.
The final reason behind my view is that traveling by bus is beneficial for travelers in terms of finances. That is
to say, in comparison with using private means of transport, bus travelers do not have to spend as much money
on fuel, maintenance, or parking, and in some cases, bus fares are even subsidized by the government. As a
result, this makes it more affordable for people to travel.
In conclusion, this essay has shed light on my perspective on the stated issue.

The final reason behind my view is that traveling alone allows me to learn essential skills for my future. For
example, I have to manage my budget better, make my own decisions, and solve problems that arise during my
journey. Eventually, this makes me more independent and confident.
