                 Activity: Alphabet Action Game
                     Write V, W, X, Y, and Z on the board.
                     Say each letter aloud and ask students to make a
                        movement related to a word starting with that letter (e.g.,
                        V: pretend to play the violin, Z: zig-zag walk).
                     This gets students moving while learning letter sounds.

                     Show flashcards with the letters V, W, X, Y, and Z.
                     Pronounce each letter clearly and have students repeat
                       after you.
                     Introduce words that start with each letter:
                            o V: /v/ as in "Violin"
                            o W: /w/ as in "Window"
                            o X: /ks/ as in "Xylophone"
                            o Y: /j/ as in "Yogurt"
                            o Z: /z/ as in "Zebra"
                  Engagement:
                     Show pictures of the words (Violin, Window,
                       Xylophone, Yogurt, Zebra) and ask students to say the
                       letters and the words.
 Practice                 Letter Tracing and Writing:                                20
                              o Provide worksheets with the letters V, W, X, Y,       minutes
                                  and Z for tracing.

                        o After tracing, students will write the uppercase
                          and lowercase forms of the letters.
                       o Encourage them to say the letter sounds as they
                          write.
                   Sound-to-Letter Matching Game:
                       o Place pictures of items that start with V, W, X, Y,
                          and Z around the classroom (e.g., Violin,
                          Window, X-ray, Yacht, Zebra).
                       o Call out a letter and have students point to the
                          corresponding picture.

                 Ask students to choose one letter (V, W, X, Y, or Z) and        minutes
                    draw something that starts with that letter (e.g., a Violin
                    for V or a Zebra for Z).
                 After drawing, they will label their picture with the letter
                    and the word.
                 Let students share their artwork with the class.
              Group Activity: Word Puzzle:
                 Divide students into small groups.
                 Give each group a set of mixed-up letters (V, W, X, Y,
                    Z) and words that start with those letters (e.g., V:
                    "Violin," W: "Window").
                 The students must match the words with the correct
                    letter. Once they finish, each group presents their
                    matches to the class.
Homework     Assignment:
                 Ask students to find one item at home that starts with any of the
                   letters V, W, X, Y, or Z.
                 Have them draw a picture of the item and write its name, then bring
                   it to the next class.
                 Complete the work book up to page 97
