Respected Sir,

I am writing to formally request sick leave due to


malaria I take medicine from welfare and these medicine react me So I go
to hyderabad for proper check-up . I am unable to attend classes and
participate in clinical activities from 23-09-24 to 29-09-24

I understand the importance of maintaining attendance, and I assure you


that I will make every effort to catch up on missed coursework and
assignments during my recovery.
