Subject: Medical Leave with salary.

Sir,
I am writing to request a brief medical leave of absence from my position at I have been
diagnosed with Typhoid, Lever and Kidney issue and need time off for treatment and recovery. I
am on medical leave since 29 May 2023. Based on medical advice, I anticipate needing leave
approximately till 10 July 2023. (I have attached medical documentation to support my request).

I kindly request that my salary be continued during my medical leave. This would greatly assist
me in focusing on my recovery without financial concerns. Moreover, I am facing a financial
crisis due to medical condition. As I am contractual employee of NUML and no medical Aid is
available, I humbly request kindly support me from NUML Support fund to fulfill my medical
expenditures.
